Let me start by saying that I'm a dinosaur using a decade old vape, assembled from two pieces of basically different devices. A few times I went to these types of stores, where I was sold something very fancy and very expensive, which in the end did not suit me in any way. And for a couple more years, I gave up on replacing my Frankenstein's monster with something new.

A few days ago, I drove by this store for the hundredth time and decided it was time to go in and again buy something that didn't fit. But, oh my boy, how wrong I was.

The owner of the store knew right away what I needed. The size of the vape, the wattage, the compatibility with my liquid - everything I wanted from a new device. Figured out she could order me another one that I couldn't buy with shipping to Illinois. Was incredibly friendly and patient with me.

If you're not very knowledgeable about a product and want real advice, this is the perfect place. If you already know what you need - all the more reason to stop in and support this business. There are both items in stock here and the ability to ask for the special to be ordered.

The lady that runs this place is a vape scientist. She knows everything about the vapes she sells. She hooked me up with a $15 starter vape and mixed my juice with nicotine right there. She is awesome. She knows everything chemically about the different juices and is very knowledgeable. This place is 2 hours by bus and train from where I live but I'll make that trip anytime I need any vape stuff. She's just that good and accommodating. Love the place. All mods and pens are here. Tetra8 weed sold here. Great place.

I have been dealing with Cignot and its owner for many years (2013) and just really felt it was time to give some props for the ever constant terrific customer service and attention.
Few retailers are as helpful and experienced as this chain; we're all very lucky to have them.
During this CV19 time, it has been very stressful on everyone and just talking to the owner instills calm, lol! Keep up the great work, you guys are the best!!!!
