Ordered a pop! online as a gift for a collector, had it shipped to the store (since it costs almost as much as the item for shipping). Picked up the pop and when I checked it out, the box was smashed in several places, for a collector that makes it pretty worthless. I did the online chat with a hallmark rep and she had me send pictures of the damaged box. She then said they would refund me for the damaged one and expedite ship me a replacement. I waited approximately three weeks and it still had not arrived. I contacted them again and this time they told me they were out of stock and would not send me a new one when they came back in unless I ordered it again when they got them back in stock. I called and spoke to a supervisor who said he didn't know when they would be getting more in or if they even would. He didn't offer to look at other stores or alert me if they came in or anything. I asked why I was told I'd be sent a new one if they didn't have any and he said she probably didn't know they were out of stock and when they saw it was refunded me instead. He didn't know why the first person I talked to said they'd refund me and ship a replacement. He didn't know why no one bothered to contact me to tell me they wouldn't be shipping a new one rather than letting me continue to wait for an item that would never come. For a supervisor he was pretty clueless and not helpful in the least. The only thing he did was waive the shipping fee if I were to order a replacement so I wouldn't have to go back and pick it up again and that's only because I asked him to, otherwise he would've done absolutely nothing for all the inconvenience and lack of communication. Pathetic excuse for customer service and will not be doing business here again.

It is a real pity to see the store closed permanently down do to the unlawful order of shutting down what was considered to be unessential businesses. This place not only had a great selection of cards they also had great gifts so that one person could give one to somebody or significant other regardless of the occasion.

Everyone was super helpful and kind helping me find a rare speciffic birthday on valentines day card. Everyone was very kind, warm, and welcoming. Will definetly be coming back.

Went in before Christmas. Obviously a very busy time. Found a unique ornament for my wife. Employees were very nice despite the crowds.

It doesn't quite feel like the holidays are coming, till you go to a Hallmark shop to see this years ornaments. Well ok, this pumpkin spice coffee is helping, but its still mostly the ornaments.

This store is the greatest! The employees are very helpful and the store carries a wide variety of gift items and cards. Besides Hallmark ornaments can't be beat 🙂

I found what I wanted for a gift. However there was only 1person to help so it took longer than anticipated to ring up. For Christmas shopping then not good
