I noticed some wind damage to my roof vents while staying in Woodward. Very helpful staff at service desk organized a service call and replaced both vents for a very reasonable price. RV repairs can be stressful, but this place fixed the problem within 45 minutes of me walking through the door. Thank you.

Would give a zero star if possible they had may enclosed car hauler trailer for months called them for updates after about 60 days told me they were working on getting the lights after another 60 days I said is there not an aftermarket option I don't necessarily have to have the OEM lights they informed me that they could do that and it would be ready next week when I asked if everything else with the trailer was fixed they repeatedly told me yes as I listed off the items they became annoyed and told me yes everything that you requested to be fixed has been fixed when I arrived to pick it up the only thing that had been done was the battery had been replaced and they had fixed the gearing on the automatic jack stand which I specifically requested them to replace it because it had been damaged none of them exterior panels had been replaced and none of the skirting decorative skirting had been replaced that was damaged in a prior incident way overcharged me for the battery way overcharged me for the labor over 4 months sitting there and all those they had done was replace a battery and put a gear back in place on a hydraulic pump which I had asked repeatedly and stated I wanted a new one because it was a damage and not working properly worst experience I've ever had at a trailer company I literally dropped the trailer off thinking I was going to have between a two and $3,000 bill when I arrived there my bill was just under $400 for a battery and a couple lenses
