This was the most amazing experience in car buying we ever had! Fast, friendly, easy process! They even delivered! We live in MS and we found this truck online! The truck was in immaculate condition and more than we ever dreamed. Large selection with unbeatable pricing- we will not shop anywhere else! The finance manager Kodi Hamilton was amazing along with our sales guy Joe Don Pugh!! He FaceTimed us before delivery and let us look at everything. They made sure it was hassle free and seamless! I’m Totally Loving my New 2020 Toyota Tocoma I just purchased from City Auto Sales 3075 Allison Bonnett Memorial Dr Hueytown Al 35023. Spoke with Salesman Kodi and Donnie Wood on yesterday 7/22/24 inquiring about the listed price; he was very easy to work with; a deal was made and it was delivered to my front door on today 7/23/24 at no extra charge! I was emailed the paperwork; walked through DocuSign; driver delivered the vehicle; I was allowed to test drive before purchasing. The process was so very easy; no being harassed at the dealership for hours; no signing a bunch of papers before purchasing. I was in the comfort of my home; which is 124 miles away; I read each document with a clear understanding before DocuSigning. The easiest and most relaxing purchased transaction I’ve ever made! Purchased a truck and it has nothing but problems. Within a short time I had to have front end work done. And the motor went out less than 1500 miles. After a struggle to get the warranty I purchased to cover the motor the dealership that did the work says the transmission needs replacing. City auto said they would fix it if I got it to their mechanic but when the motor was replaced they suddenly changed their mind and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Only two things I specifically ask when buying the truck was it safe and dependable. Neither was true. Worst purchase ever.

We had been looking for a Yukon Denali with low miles at a good price.
