It’s been several years since I made my 1st purchase at Clark’s. Yet, my daughter purchased new furniture and needed a rug which prompted me to revisit the warehouse again. Let me tell you I was not disappointed and the numerous array of rugs to choose from was more than I could handle.
I was greeted with great customer service by Andrew. Asked about the Return policy as I had driven from Little Rock and his answer ruled out my reluctance to purchase.
I had already visited Aladdin Rugs (NLR).
My daughter and I love the rug and very happy customers.

I selected 1 star but it really should reflect 0 stars. October 2023 my 81 year Mother who uses a walker to ambulate went into Clark's looking to purchase new flooring from Clark's. She was NOT greeted by a sales person or anyone affiliated with the store. She witnessed 2 store employee's fighting with each other and should have taken that as a omen of things to come and walked back out the door! BUT My Mom who is on a fixed income and saved her money for a year to purchase this new floor picked out the flooring she liked and took it to the counter. The Flooring was installed in her kitchen and a few weeks ago, I discovered the floor separating and peeling up. Clark's sent out one of their inspectors and he determined the floor coming up and peeling back it was due to my Mom's walker. At the time of purchase Clark's failed my Mother as a customer by 1) not providing her with any direction and good customer service of any kind 2) not disclosing to her that the particular floor she picked out was not the right product for her needs as someone who is disabled and requires a walker. NOPE, they took her money and the opportunity to take advantage of a 81 yr. disabled women. Clark's has now passed the buck to the manufacture for the flooring and we all know how that's going to go! I do not know how anyone who works at this establishment sleeps at night knowing their shady business practice of taking advantage of old people by selling them products that are not designed for their needs. SHAME ON YOU CLARK'S!

I have a friend that just remodeled one bathroom and added a second one. She was having trouble picking fixtures and finishes and trying to visualize how it would all come together in the end. She came to your store and was able to quickly pick 2 bathrooms because of your displays! Thank yall for helping those of us without a sense of style! Her bathrooms are beautiful!

Whenever I can, I go to Clarks Building and Decorating Center. Not only are they locally owned and operated but they have a very friendly and helpful staff to boot.

My Dad and I went to Clark's the other day to get a bathroom vanity for him and I got a small rug for my room while I was there.

That isn't the first time I have bought a rug from them either. Their rugs are always high quality at an unbeatable price. I like how they have a tight weave that feels great to walk on barefooted. Plus, a tight weave makes for better clean up and vacuuming!

As far as snap and lock flooring my dad says you can't beat their price! Not only that they have everything from nails, screws, and lumber to carpets, tile, stinks, and much more!

Fantastic customer service Mesheyl, Andrew and Tom were awesome! We had a hiccup with the flooring we bought and they stood behind the product and allowed us to get a different type of flooring at no extra cost. I would HIGHLY recommend Clark’s and Mesheyl to everyone looking for new flooring she was awesome to work with and really knows her stuff! Thank you Mesheyl for your compassion it did not go unnoticed!!

Service sucks, when I entered there were no customers in the store. I had to wait almost 15 minutes before someone came to the service counter. That was my best experience of the visit. From there it went south!
I purchased 2 boxes of wall tile, it took almost an hour for them to pick my order from stock and bring it to my vehicle. I asked 3 times if I could go some where and get my tile and all 3 times I was informed that they were in the process of picking my order and it would be ready in 5 minutes.
3 customers came in after me, only 1 out of the 3 received any help, the other 2 left.I would have left also, but I had already paid for the tile, so I had to wait. I would rate them less than a star if the choice was available!
