Dave, the Tile Guy, is wonderful to work with. He creates the most amazing tile mosaics just the way you want it on very durable, comfortable outdoor furniture.

The owner of Clay Hands is not a mean spirited person. She has been open for over 26 years...she must be doing something right! People love her and her shop. She's not responsible for the item purchased at the street fair just because the artist is represented in her shop. The mistake should have been caught when he was given his receipt. It's crazy, busy during a street fair, mistakes happen.

I was overcharged by one of the owners associates and called to complain. They told me too bad because the artist does not work directly for them they can't help me. I went to the Better Business Bureau for help. The owner called me and had the gall to complain about me writing a negative letter. The correct response would have been, "I am sorry for your over charge let me see how I can help" But this terrible person chastised me telling me I was ruining her business. Before her mean spirited phone call. I was going to let it go. Not now, I would advise that no one ever does business with Clayhands. They rip you off and get mad when you complain about it. Lots of places in Tubac to buy pottery don't buy here!

The piece I bought seems to have been decorated with sharpie markers! So disappointing.
