Best guys around. Ordered wetsuit, booties, helmet and got it shipped. Great deal, excellent sense of custom over the phone, etc. Came up absolutely perfect, very well packed (so good, thanks guys ! The way it used to be !). Was thrilled. Good to know such businesses still exist. Will order next time I am in the US.

Absolutely some of the best service anywhere, in any industry. Fast shipping and the best wetsuit prices too. They will work to ensure customer satisfaction. I order all of my neoprene from Cleanline and when I’m in the area, their seaside shop is a fantastic surf shop to visit. Great selection of boards, apparel, you name it. And just super nice folks. Cleanline has had my loyalty for years, can’t imagine going anywhere else for my wetsuits.

It’s amazing that so many companies still don’t get the value of good customer service. Doesn’t take much—speedy delivery, a human touch (quick handwritten note), maybe toss a little something extra in the box, etc. Cleanline nailed it. They’re writing the playbook on how to survive in the era of “Amazon everything”. Well done guys. I’m a fan.

I purchased my third Hotline ultra hot combo wetsuit from cleanline surf for Christmas. My two others are 4yrs old and have seen more than their share of cold water. I love the extra wide opening and front zip,it makes this suit sooo easy to get in and out of. Our water in nj can get as low as 35,the combo keeps me toasty. Thanks so much, John

I placed an online order from Cleanline and had a great experience. They had good pricing on their items and reasonable shipping. I gotta say the note, free Starbursts, and stickers were a nice touch. It's not often you get a more personal experience with an online order and it shows that they care about their business. It's just nice to see. I'll definitely order from them in the future if I ever need anything that I can't find on the east coast.

I am so so happy I found this place ONLINE! I lived in CA and was looking for a product that I used to love getting when I lived there, and I found it here even though this shop is based out of Oregon.

I love them!!! I have been to the location in canon beach and i ordered a wetsuit online and they sent me the nicest note and a bunch of extra stuff that they didn’t have to give me!! Also, a few days after I ordered it, it went on sale for about an $80 difference. I contacted them and they refunded it for me!!! excellent customer service they are awesome. definitely gained a longtime customer 🙂
