My boyfriend bought me a coat I longed for Christmas from Clementines but all they had was the large. It was swimming on me. I was so sad but I brought it back and the ladies there are so kind. I got really cool jeans and another shirt and I’m super excited about it. Clementine is my favorite store in Bend.

Really great shop to check out if you’re wandering downtown Bend. They have a lot of really nice boutique clothing items, but also a fun variety of books, accessories, Oregon-made items, and novelty gifts. I’ve come back a few times while passing through town and definitely recommend!

Way better place for even a few choice crystal stone options or jewelry over the silver 'crappiest' otter. Soothing atmosphere. Decent customer service though one gal on my few visits last time I was in town seemed
to have a look down on you attitude, My experience with the other gals was normal and pleasant. Excellent mixture of options and some beautiful art unique finds of popular good vibes type positive energy items! Adorable baby section too. Will continue to shop here for sure!

My favorite store in Bend for casual clothing. Clementine also carries great accessories, jewelry, soaps and gifts. The people who work here are the nicest ever and although I only come here every other month or so (but always buy something) they recognize me now.

The gal working the front desk was absolutely as sweet as pie. She was humming and singing along with the the tunes playing, as she buzzed around the store. Everything in there is too adorable already, but I definitely spent more than anticipated simply because of how kind and welcoming the gal was. She also was very patient and polite mentioning they were a bit past close as I was browsing. Definitely worth the stop.

Just the most delightful experience at Clementine in Bend. Athena has the warmest smile & vivacious energy 😊 I will have to go back a few more times to assess all of the inventory. The sticker collection is addicting. They have a great 50% off section, too.

Been to this shop several times in the past. Maybe they’ve had a bad run in with theft recently.... BUTT, If you’re going to follow someone in your shop. Best thing to do on the customer service side is ask if customer needs help finding anything?!?. Blonde lady today made my daughter and I extremely uncomfortable. My daughter is 14! Really?!? How do you do that to a kid? No greeting as we walked through the door. And not personable at all! Experience here today was not all that great. Best spend your $ where sales associate are welcoming, warm and not profiling you!? If that’s not the case, she better brush up on her customer service skills. Called to speak to the owner apparently and she brushed it off. “Oh sorry for your bad experience here, have a great day” look lady you are not the issue here. Pay for extra training or hire people who aren’t ignorant.
