Stopped in the store today and wasn't greeted until I had picked the cards I wanted to see and asked the person working to help me get them from the cases. The guy sitting at the back table made it seem like I was a huge bother to be trying to spend money at the store. You guys lost a couple hundred dollars in sales today because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of asking the guy overseeing the store for anything more than I absolutely had to. I sent a family member some pictures of cards I knew they'd like - they didn't get back to me until I had just walked out of the store, but there was no way I was walking back in there to bother that fellow again. Visited several shops today, and this was by far the worst experience I had.

Drove by and knew I needed to bring my nephews. The minute they walked in there eyes were popping out of there heads. They are having so much fun. Great spot for anyone who likes Pokémon or sports cards.

I visited this place on the 17th. Hoping to find a few cards for my son’s birthday. I walked in wasn’t greeted, just starred at. There was one guy just sitting at a table playing on his phone. When I went to pay for something. The guy starred at me and finally got up to ring me out. Didn’t say one word to me was completely rude and made me feel as if I was a bother to him. He couldn’t even give me my change and receipt in my hand he just put it down and walked away. I don’t know what his problem with me was. I didn’t even know he was an employee till he finally got up. Worst of the worst experience ever. I will never go back.
