We always order birthday cake here for my kid, they always love it, our favorite are : midnight delight if you want chocolate, mint chip, strawberry flavor,right now they have membership so we can save some bucks, spend $50 get $5 of, customer service is always great

Pay attention when paying for items you select I order 2 same items love it unfortunately I assumed I was getting such but didn't get such when getting home to give to family I notice the error made and also make sure they give you a receipt before leaving cause they didn't offer it when paying since they act like you never made a purchase when coming back or calling sameday with issue at hand. They charged for 2 love it when they actually gave 1 love it and 1 like it which is a different price difference may not be alot but it's the concept of integrity of business and I understand they all were kids but that is not an excuse. They were nice but need to pay attention to what they're giving customers.

Not so great ambiance - crowded store with fluorescent lights, not good for hanging around and chatting. Non dairy flavors are too sweet and have no real flavor. Mix ins are fun and serving sizes are generous. Wouldn’t go back.

This is the third time I have come to this ice creamery, and my ice cream was not mixed or they had to add another scoop of ice cream on top of my already mixed ice cream. Also, this last time I came here which has never happened to me before the girl mixed my ice cream and it was melted. so to Each their own with this ice creamery in Hayward. As for me, I’m gonna find a different Cold stone that can make my ice cream better.

They can get packed quickly but the servers move pretty quickly and the ice cream is great so its worth the short wait.

Super happy with this Cold Stone location! The ladies here today were wonderful! The place is super clean and service was great! We had Yessica make our ice creams and she killed it! She gave the perfect amount of ice cream and mixed in the toppings so well. She also didn't skimp out on the amount. I've been the cold stone in Fremont and this one beats it!
