Went there today and bought a pair of nice boots, walking heel and nonskid soles. Been years since I wore boots but they feel good. Saleswoman was way cool… saw this place listed from where I work (Hemet/San Jacinto Valley Chamber of Commerce) and decided to go. It was worth it.

Don’t take your hat to this place if you value it. I left my Stetson with them to be spot treated and cleaned, and not only did my hat come back still dirty, but it was in worse condition then when I left it, they shredded multiple spots on the front of the hat, reshaped the brim crooked, and charged for the service despite the botched job. I’ve always had good experiences with this place in the past, got my boots stretched and had no issues, they have great customer service. The store isn’t bad at all, but the lack of integrity knowing the hat came back to me damaged is sad.

I went in to get boots for my boyfriend. I tried some for myself a size up and unfortunately they wouldn’t slide in. The young lady at the counter offered to steam them so that they would widen up and I return a little later to retry and potentially purchase. I purchased my boyfriends pair and the huaraches which by the way were super comfortable and light weight. I later returned to be greeted by one of the owners who gave great customer service as the lady from earlier..and the boots fit well! Twas a lucky evening since he was offering a discount on the next purchase. Love, love, love a family owned business.They have a great variety with reasonable pricing. Definitely check them out.

I love seeing a family and Veteran owned business in town! I wish I had gotten his name, but the owner was super helpful. He was very open and honest with their story, selection, and recognized the need for more women's wear! If you can support them, please do!

Cute little store, very knowledgeable and awesome customer service (from phone call to in person). He in detail explained the procedure for stretching and relaxing my boots and for a great price! I will definitely be shopping there again!

I went in to get my father a tejana. Carlos was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of many styles! I let him know a few details of my father and he picked out the perfect tejana for him. He also reassured me if there was anything that needed to be redone, he would gladly help!

I stopped by to look for a particular style hat after going through their entire stock they did not have what I wanted but were willing to order it The guys went above and beyond to help me out the service was absolutely great ended up not buying anything because I wanted to physically see what I wanted but I do recommend this place due to the fact that they were on top of it Great attitudes and the service was exceptional they have a great variety of hats highly recommend
