My mom decided to make my dad’s wedding ring and turn it into a necklace that I can wear. The owner of the store had lot’s of patience, listened to my mom’s request and ended up turning my dad’s ring into a beautiful statement piece of a necklace that I can wear every day. I highly recommend.

I brought my Mom's old pearls in to get the latch fixed for a something old for my daughter's wedding. Erika took great care and had to not only fix the latch but had to restring them too !! She did it in record time and found a gorgeous box to put them in. I highly recommend her ! Roy was great fun too !

We stopped in this morning to see if we could get my wife’s necklace fixed. She was able to fix it in less than 10 minutes, and had mazing customer service!! She also had a “treasure chest” for our daughter to pick out some special “treasure”. We’ll definitely be back!

A couple of weeks ago I took a bracelet into this store to have the safety chain reattached. Erica Czerniejewski fixed my bracelet quickly and efficiently. She was charming, warm, friendly and business-like all at the same time. I will not hesitate to go to her again and I suggest that others do as well.

Erika was incredibly nice and helpful. I went in to talk about making a ring inspired by some of my great grandparents old jewlery and she made it a really informative and welcoming environment for lots of questions. She was very relaxed and patient and has the cutest dog ever in there. Definitely worth checking it out! (Even if you're not having a custom piece made there are some super cute crystal jewlery pieces in there with good prices!)

Erika did an absolutely wonderful job! My fiance and I decided to use my grandparents' wedding bands to get engaged but we needed to get them resized. Erika did a fabulous job! She was easy to work with and gave us some cool history on the rings based on their markings to boot. She even resized my ring for free after it ended up being a little small. The rings ended up being beautiful and seamless at a great price. I can't recommend her enough!
