I have to give a shout out to Yesenia the patient care coordinator she has been so sweet whenever i show up with a question or concern she always takes care of me by either fixing my issue or getting me to Jennifer to help me when she can’t too many people now forgot how to treat their customers and patients safe but true I like to acknowledge the people that do their job so well Thank you Yesenia and Jennifer too 🤗

This office is nice. The hearing test was simple. All the paperwork for insurance was done by the staff. All I have to do is wait for my hearing devices to arrive.

Talk about great Customer Service; Connect Hearing is in a league of their own. Ms. Jennifer you’re awesome and Erica u are a gem and an asset to this business. Appreciate and thank you so much for all the time and patience you gave to our complicated case (insurance issue). I was referred 3 years ago from a friend who had multiple hearing aid centers back East. Jennifer is very professional and takes her time to find out my concerns. She uses multiple systems to find and identify hearing deficiencies. I got a really nice pair of Phonak hearing aids. They work great and my wife is very happy!
I just wish they had blue tooth perfected then! I think next year I will get those as they can connect to the cell phone.
