I expected a little more of a discount on Black Friday on the classic shoes, which didn’t happen but yet the converse store online gave it. I bought the classic converse at another store on a Black Friday special. They did have sales on their other NON classic shoes

Giant sale sign on the outside yet 90% of everything have "not included in promotion" tag (aka full price). What is the point of a factory outlet if basically everything is full price?

NEVER order online from them unless you have weeks to wait. The product is coming from Vietnam if custom so that can be 30 days or longer of waiting.

The buy one get one 50% off deal is amazing. Exceptional customer service provided to me by the staff members working today 10-02-19. Put the date so management can see who was working around 5:30ish to 6:30ish. I really hope management says that I mentioned how amazing they were toward myself and the other customers

Love this store. They keep big inventory so even when I desire my old school classics, I know this location will have them. Employees were polite and absolutely willing to help me search for a rare style I always admire. Though they were younger and didn't really know exactly what I was looking, due to my lack of not knowing the name of style I desired, but they looked it up on the computer and everything. Was a pretty neat experience
