Went to coop Deville after football game to pick up my to go order (6 piece wings plus other food). The black guy at the window was very nice and told us to pull around and wait. Got my food, went home and ate. I ate a few wings which wasn’t fried hard like I asked but it was still okay. One of the wings I picked up had a long string of hair attached to it. So you mean to tell me my chicken been sauced and tossed around with some hair on it. Disgusting. I called and I don’t know who the rude guy was that answered but he said he will only replace the two wings that the hair was attached to and I shouldn’t have eaten the other wings if I was going to want a whole replacement. Ummm sir who in their right mind would knowingly eat food with someone’s hair in it. You fool. Then going to say there is no one who work there with blonde or light colored hair. I went through the drive-thru and I could see clearly what you are denying. What you going to do is refund me because I did not order a 6 piece wing with a side of long stringy hair. Since you hung up on me I thought I’d reach you here.

Ordered dry extra crispy lemon pepper wings with bacon cheese fries..Wings were a bit salty but good. Fries were good..Staff was very nice n even explained anything I asked for and repeated my order..

This is a to-go only place so but they have great wings tons of favors and the absolute best fries ever!! They also have amazing onion rings and okra as well. They accidentally made a mistake on one of our orders out of the 10years we've been going and alli had to do was call and they completely replaced our order free of charge. This owner is doing things right!

I don't even know where to begin!

I've only eaten here twice, and both times I was blown away! The food was absolutely incredible, the best wings and fries I've ever eaten in my entire life! Ignore these nitpicking one star reviews because they cannot be farther from the truth!

The wings were huge, they were juicy, tender, and very flavorful! The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned! The wait was a little long but I didn't care! The service was phenomenal as the person who took my order was friendly. After getting my wings I walked back to my dorm at JSU and my food was still hot and crispy and very tasty!!

I would highly recommend you give this place a try and please ignore these one-star reviews!

My personal favorite place for wings and fries.The costumer service is amazing and they asked for my preference of type like crispy, extra crispy and wet or swimming in sauce.I have never had a problem with them or a mistake done all around amazing place.
