My husband went and renewed his driver’s license in Harrah and said he got the best treatment from Tammy.
Tammy treated him like a favorite grandchild, nephew, son, all in one. She’s really nice and answered all his questions he needed about renewals. We recommend this play to anyone needing tags or licenses and ask for Tammy.

I’d probably go inside the tag agency in search of the same treatment. I’d totally move from Texas to live in Oklahoma for Tammy.

If you are looking for a place to go to so you can be belittled and spoken down to, this is your place. Having never registered a boat from a different state before, we had looked online and called ahead to see what was needed. We were rudely informed it was the wrong forms and cut off every time we attempted to ask a clarifying question. After some very rude comments were made to us, we left. I looked up the reviews and it seems this lovely individual, we got the pleasure of dealing with, was not just having a bad day and this was not an isolated incident. Instead it seems she thinks this is how a business should be ran. I deal with the public daily and would be embarrassed if I treated anyone like this or like the other awful reviews I have read. I guess that’s just the difference in being raised appropriately and having respect for others. Harrah, OK I hope you have other options and can stay away, I know we will.

Update: We took the paperwork we already had to a tag agency in Shawnee, Ok. Not only was the service wonderful, we had no issues registering our boat. So not only are the employees at Corner Tag rude, they are also ill informed. Drive the extra and get treated with respect.

I have nothing but awesome things to say about the ladies there. Where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe you were having a bad day or asking the wrong questions. I was misinformed about a motorcycle license, not from these ladies, someone else. I thought I knew was I was talking about, they were very patient with me helping me to understand where the issue was. They were not rude, quite the contrary, very patient. I can be rather impatient sometimes, so I feel bad about getting irritated with them. It wasn't them, it was me. Whenever I walk in, they always smile and make me feel like "family."

I have used tag offices through out the state and this was by far the worse experience I have had. The blonde lady was VERY RUDE and the other lady was not much better. Definitely will drive to the other side of town for any future needs. I’ve heard horror stories about this place for years but finally experienced it myself. These people also flat out LIED stating no tag agency prints IDs. Called several other area tag agencies to confirm they lied because both agencies I spoke to DO print them on site. If looking for a printed ID or good service or smiling face look else where. BEWARE of CROOKED Tag Agency of Harrah.

Would not suggest this place at all. The main lady was completely rude and said I didn’t have the correct paper work. I went straight from this place to Shawnee and they were super polite and used the exact same paperwork that was “incorrect” and it magically worked… like I knew it would. The lady who I believe is the owner of corner tag obviously does not know how to do her job. Go somewhere else!!
