Superb customer service! We were on an extended boating trip and needed a couple of things. The town seemed desolate from getting hit by two hurricanes recently, but the shopkeeper/owner had a very positive attitude and was extremely helpful with directions and tips on the the area we were navigating. Excellent prices and selection. We came in for a variety of parts for our sailboat and not only did they have the parts, they were super helpful and friendly. If they don't have a part - they can get it quickly. Best of all - part warranty on most things can't be beat!

In stock part, and excellent friendly service, I'll be back! TLDR: I needed a small piece of standard water/exhaust hose 1-1/4". I went online to West Marine, out of stock. Then I drove to 3 different West Marines, none had in stock, none knew how to order and/or cared to order. EDIT: I've been back twice now, same great results!

As a first time boat owner I stumbled into this store with a lot of questions and needs. Ben (the owner) and Roxy (the shop dog) were both very inviting and patient with me. Ben was fantastic in answering every question I had (even the “dumb” ones) and gave me so much advice and suggestions on how to maintain my boat and even the dock. He suggested what I needed and even told me what I didn’t need which saved me $$$. When I say Cost Plus Marine has EVERYTHING you need for boats, they have everything, and if they don’t, Ben will gladly order it in for you. His prices are so much better than “Worst” Marine and his service is what you would expect from someone that really cares about their customers. I am now a customer at Cost Plus for life.
