flew out to California told my uncle about the fact that Costco is selling gold at a very reasonable price. Definitely something I thought would be of interest to him when I called the store to ask him if they had it, they explained they did not however the customer rep representative I spoke to went on to call other stores to see if they had the bars, gold bars, silver bars.

she went on to explain to me that the bars were not in stock right now, but that they're likely to get some in shortly there were a few other locations that did have stock she notified me of where to go how to get there what to look for and who to ask for again above and beyond what she had to do, I simply asked do you have any gold bars? She said no, but hold on a moment. Let me research things for you. She was very helpful and I was able to help my uncle out find a place to get gold at a great price

very crowded on a Saturday morning, what do you expect? great shopping though. everything you could ever want/need in one place. great price/value ratio I feel. buy bulk and save $

I come to the Costco in Inglewood today. UI bought a box of 54 classic mix and I opened it to sort them out on my pantry and I saw the little head of a baby mouse!!! I didn’t want the mouse inside my house so I took the box outside to let it out. I’m so grossed out right now!!!

Not busy on the Saturday morning. The food court was getting crowded due to lunchtime but we only waited to get our usual, hot dog and a pepperoni slice of pizza, for about 10 minutes. Lots of cash registers open so we also didn't have to wait in long lines around this time. Overall, great experience.

The Holiday Shopping can be challenging. I have been a member for over 40 years. The elderly and disabled are more likely to need more management assistance and support. My sister and I were in need of a handicap electric cart. We both struggle with our mobility. The guys collecting baskets and carts asked that we go and sit on the wall close to the door.

We were told that is where we are to wait until a cart is available. Yet there were Customers not following the rules/policies. We were sitting outside for about 40 minutes or so, when another person follows another customer to get her cart. This is a customer who knew. The staff at the door encouraged her to go against the rules. I did call for the manager who went out to the lot and retrieved another cart. (5stars)for him.The weather was in the 50 degree range. A bit chilled for someone 60 years old and older. The heaters were not on.

The food court has four open windows to service customers. Designed to move the customers swiftly to better service as many as possible. Too many MANAGENT staff at this location allows the customers to form one line. Not all but too many. There is no line for the disabled in the food court nor inside. So the unnecessary long line in the back of the store is degrading. Management should come out periodically and make it known that all the windows are open to use. IF not then the wait is extremely long. If you go to the front to use the open window it cause conflict. Inside there is also an extremely long line to buy a baked chicken. The staff in this dept are standing and chatting. There were raw chickens just being cooked. Why the morning staff in this dept not better prep for the estimated number of customers that will be buying baked chicken.

While there are about 35 to 40 people in line. I have never seen any other Costcos with so many unnecessary lines. I find the long lines creates a hostile environment and a fire hazard… This store seem to lack structure. I hope to see things improve within the up coming year

Extremely bad customer service at this location. Food court is crowded, understaffed and the food is not made right. There's a lack of black employees now. This is Inglewood, so while shopping at this location I didn't see any black employees while I was shopping midweek except a single one.

Rude self checkout Hispanic employees. Allowing their Hispanic brethren to skip the lines and not scanning all of their items.

This is probably one of the sloppiest Costco's I have ever seen. I was extremely shocked at boxes all over almost every aisle , like we are having an emergency and everyone was grabbing thing and running. But that wasn't the case. I'm not sure if it was under staffed or if this was their norm but it was sloppy for sure. I must have seen 50 carts at the edges of the parking lots as well. The lines were 20 people deep and this was a Monday midday !! Someone needs to step up their standards in this store.
