Really rude manager Leah. Her tone was extremely rude and when giving my change back she threw the dollar instead of handing it to me. I shop here often but have never been met with such bad service.

I am a direct care staff who assists adults w/ disabilities in finding a job. If I could give 0 stars I would! about 20 mins ago my client received a phone call from Stephen trying to set up an interview and because she was nervous and started to stutter he hung up on her. she tried to call back multiple times and was ignored. Another staff member assisted her in calling the store only to be told that he didn't have any availability to meet with her. That is the most basic form of discrimination. He judged her over the phone before even meeting her. The professional thing would be to give her an interview anyways and send her an email. but to be turned away not even 15 mins after receiving his call to meet was the most unprofessional, discriminatory treatment I've ever seen. You're supposed to be an equal opportunity employer and this treatment was anything but.

False advertising. Have these buy one get one 50% off on Disney counter and sales associate says Disney is excluded. I told her they should have the signed removed, but she could care less and shrugged it off. If she had a better attitude I wouldn't have left this review.

Shitty attitude cashier, she gave us dirty look while we dont want to give out our email for their receipt since we said no we dont need a receipt anyway. Should have walk out and not buying from them from that moment.

What an unreal experience shopping here. I have been a long time cotton on customer and came across this girl who calls herself a manager. She set quite the example for her employee who continued to mistreat me.

I was doing a return and a purchase. Had a tag on one item and not the other. Was dissatisfied with the material quality of one of the items and showed her the manager the receipt. She said no exceptions even for the unworn item and refused to return or exchange for the same item. She did this with an attitude and I asked to speak to manager where she said I am that. I asked for the number to corporate she said Google it. Then her employee came to assist me in the rest of the return because the manager walked away and she treated me like a nuisance. She threw the receipt at me and I asked her why she did that then she denied doing it and shunned me off. I asked for their names and they denied to give me just their first names. It was quite unreal. I was there with my daughter ready to buy more items. I’ve never been treated like this ANYWHERE. I will never be coming back to this location as long as these two are here. Here’s the manager and her employee for reference.

Just walked out of this place. I found a 20 dollar pair of glasses in which I liked. The manager (female short hair) came in very rude and said oh these should have not been on the floor. There were five other pairs of the same glasses on the floor and I was willing to buy them. She refused sale saying she isn’t able too yet you place them all over the floor. Just absolutely ridiclous. Lost a customer for life with her rudeness.

Went to this location with my daughter who wanted to buy a new pair of shorts. The shorts on the wall said 30% off, so my daughter asked if it was just the wall or all the shorts. The employee informed us it was all of them. When my husband went to purchase them, he was told they weren't on sale. So he went to check a 2nd time to see where the sign for the sale was, and they said it was only the ones on the wall. So my daughter picked a pair from the wall and finally when he went to buy them they offered the sale price. That's the only reason I gave them more than 1 star. We usually love purchasing clothes from cotton on, but this location is horrible.
