Coyne was great went in there with only curiosity and came out with a beautiful little 2025 Honda grom both Nolan and Jonathan helped me out threw out the whole process and where able to give me an awesome deal...In all honesty I was only half serious when I first walked in to coyne but these dudes were really chill and not at all pushy about making a sale that really just made me feel comfortable thru it all thnx again for the bike absolutely having a blast with it

Great customer service. I called to ask a question and there was some confusion by one of the staff members as to the answer, but they were nice during the conversation. I received a call 15 minutes later from Chip because he overheard the conversation and wanted to make sure I had the correct information. I never left my name or phone number so I was impressed he took the time to figure out how to reach me. I definitely recommend them for any future needs.

I was looking for a Nelson Rigg NR200 Highway roller bag. I was able to find it at Coyne Powersports in El Centro, CA. Keep in mind this bag is discontinued. I called and was transferred to Juana in accessories. She found the bag even though it was no longer in the inventory and sent me a pic to ensure it was the right one. I live in Tennessee, so I asked her if they ship. She let me know up front they normally don't do this so she would check with her manager. Thank you manager, he or she approved! Juana got me the shipping cost upfront which was amazing. I received my bag (well wife bag) in the mail. This whole experience was great! Juana is a true professional and has great customer service.

I purchased my son a kx112 from the el centro location with help from nolan. Super clean and fully stocked location! Nice friendly staff and very knowledgeable, also honest about pricing and financing. Dont waste your time going anywhere else
