This review is based on the services and experiences I, on behalf of Carter Electric Inc as the Fleet Manager, have received under the new management with Craneworks. Greg the GM, Stephen the Service Manager, Jeremy and all the other technicians both in the shop and in the field have gone above and beyond to make sure they are providing their very best.
Before, under the previous management (Rocko, Pete etc), there was little to no accountability, slow to no responses, lack of communication, unprofessionalism and much more.
Now the difference that has been made are even greater than black to white. It's black to clear! We have received exceptional service from this amazing new team. If you have used their services in the past and were unsatisfied, then I encourage you to come back and give this team a chance. I promise you it will be a better experience.
They now have a knowledgeable team, dedicated to serving their clients to the best of their ability. I am thoroughly impressed. Now no one is perfect in this industry, but all I ask from any vendor of ours is to deliver quality work in an timely manner. Craneworks delivers!
We were once ready to cut ties and find another crane/aerial and truck repair vendor due to all the previous issues. This has now all changed.
The communication, commitment, quality of work, timeliness and quality control has DRASTICALLY improved overall.
Carter Electric will happily continue to do business with Craneworks under this new management, team, and business direction.
