We first shopped Grocery Outlet Bargain Market on East Florida over 20 years ago, and welcomed their West location when it opened in this shopping center. We are glad to see the city of Hemet has successfully sustained both Grocery Outlet locations.

I've enjoyed The Habit at their UC Riverside location since 2018. In 2020 their Hemet location arrived in this center in time to be a convenient takeout option during COVID-19 👍 In 2021 they became a convenient source for Impossible burgers! 🍔

El Ranchito Taco Shop continues to offer legit Mexican food and La Michoacana 100% Natural is the best in the summer 🍨

Although there are a lot of businesses in this shopping center, we can usually find parking fairly easily. Entering and Exiting the parking lot is perhaps not as smooth as it could be.

This shopping center is like a food court, among other businesses. You may find a grocery store, a mattress store, a barber shop etc. It's worth a drive through. Who knows? You may just stop.

If you like this food, I recommend the drive through.
Inside dining was was filthy. We couldn't get a clean table and when we asked for one, a staff member did an unprofessional wipe on top and left the table edges still sticky and gross.

Brand new place in town. Don't really know the place. Youngster outside the drive thru was so friendly and nice. I asked him to recommend something, he did, I loved it. Great customer service is becoming rare. Awesome youngster the best vibes. He's a great example of what people should be.

Parking is a freaking nightmare here there's always police around which is good but makes me feel a little uneasy as well because like why are they there all the time and it's such a strong presence but yeah parking in a certain area and anybody who shops there knows exactly what I'm talking about is horrendous but a lot of good stores a lot of independent places that are really very very good so it's still worth going there

Excellent Pho with very good vegetables. We have resumed eating at this restaurant. It was redecorated, clean, good service. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

The food is pretty consistent, but sometimes there is so much condensation "build-up" in the box that the chicken looks like it's been sitting too long.

This strip mall got itself a nice facade lift. The parking lot is still pretty rut filled. But la michocana ice cream place is amazing & delicious. My favorite here is the avocado ice cream.
There's a laundry mat. Steer & stein, a grocery outlet i noticed a new phö place. I need to check that out.
