Lots of shopping choices, a solid selection of dining options, and many services like health club, shipping, hair cuts, and nail salons. It even has an old fashioned gas station.

Competitive gas prices. I used my Ralph's rewards to save an additional $.20 off per gallon. The car wash (outside only) did a nice job.

The Irvine Company's male cleaning staff, who work hard here, are perfect. Always smiling, always working hard, always striving to keep this place clean. I don't know his name, but he wears sunglasses or glasses. I mentioned this to a co-worker who said that he is well known locally as the best cleaning staff. His leg looks a little sore. May this effort pay off for him and may he enjoy further good health ‼︎

This is one of the best places to taste south Indian dishes. I visited here for the first time and I ordered chicken Kothuparotta & Veg Kothuparotta. It took sometime for them to provide the order. It was bcoz of they were preparing it after every order and it was served to us very hot. It was delicious. The chicken and veggies we're cooked well and they had a great aroma. Also there was good amount of chicken and veggies in the Kothuparotta. Overall it was a delicious and a yummy food. Thanks to Southernspice

Next is the ambience in the restaurant was amazing. It had a wall decoration with traditional items like old tiffen boxes, salt jars, etc etc. Also the highlight was the two swing they have installed inside the restaurant for people to sit and had food. It gives u a complete overall different experience.

Southernspice is overall the best and must visit restaurant in Irvine and Orange County.

Way too many "online pickup" parking spaces, and limited handicap parking near broken yolk restaurant. Greatly disappointed.

When we drive our company truck the parking spots are tiny and difficult to fit in. Otherwise a wonderful place for shopping and eating.
