I used to like coming here because I enjoy sewing and love finding new items for little projects, but lately, the prices have been outrageous! I could understand the higher prices if the items were in good condition, but many are falling apart. They try to pass these pieces off as chic vintage styles, but even Goodwill has better-quality items. You won’t find anything priced under $19, and most of the items are in terrible shape.

As for the employees—don’t even bother. They act like they’re doing you a favor by helping you. If you don’t walk in looking like it/them dressed in a mismatched outfit with 15 different colors and styles, you’re apparently not “cool enough” to be there and have their attention so they will ignore you, I can say this confidently because I’ve been there several times, and it’s always the same experience don't waste your time coming here….

Their prices are a joke, nothing under $16. even some tiny crop top.
They will buy from a new seller, if you have trending new stuff, just to impress, then do not hope to sell there again. And when you say cash instead of store credit for selling, the jack you even more. $100 credit, or $26. Cash
And their employees are bias and unfriendly, especially if your not a regular spender there.

I love this location of Crossroads!

I’m 1 year postpartum and finding clothes, and style for me is hard at this moment of my life. However, every time I go to crossroads HB I don’t feel bad about all the baby weight I still have. I don’t have anxiety while shopping because the staff makes me feel welcome. I always leave this location happy. I always find stuff that makes me feel comfortable with my new body and I love the variety of styles! It might sound weird, but if you’re going thru postpartum you will understand; this crossroads location actually doesn’t make me depress about shopping.

Also, I really appreciate when staff gives the big fitting room because I’m always with the stroller 🫶🏼

Always have had a good experience selling at this location. What they end up buying has always been reasonable imo! If it’s a good brand, good condition, and for the most part in season. They’ve been kind and patient dealing with big queues of sellers. Fun spot to browse at too.

I soon as I walk in I didn’t get a good experience. I definitely do not plan on visiting crossroads trading. My experience was that this store was not a welcoming vibe.

Dont go there to sell anything. Its waste of time. They do not buy things and make you wait for so long just to sell their older stuff. Such an other capitalistic scam.

Adding my answer to their anaswer here;
First of all people working there are super rude, they are a little mixing up with being cool and being rude. So its not easy to ask questions.
And even tho there is just one person or noone there still takes fooorrrreeeeeveeeerrr for them to check. Seriously going there makes you annoyed immediately.

For sellers:
The wait time is extremely long. I waited an hour and a half for my bag to be checked. There were two people infront of me in the line with 2 employees going through bags. However, the employees were on their phone and computer scanning, google imagining and researching EVERY SINGLE ITEM checking to see if it was trendy or worth any money etc. I know this because I could hear them talking amongst eachother “omg look at this shirt. Did you google image it? How much is it going for? Check before you buy it”

Honestly this is not time spent efficiently. Just look at the item and decide whether or not you want to buy.

Lastly, after waiting an hour and half they finally went through my bag and only purchased 2 items. A black purse and a worn out Forever 21 activewear top. I was baffled. None of my other timeless pieces were bought like leather jackets/leather pants, blazers, sweaters that were listed to be “in season” etc. just not worth it.

A nice experience, but limited men's clothing.
I recently visited this location and I was pleasantly surprised and how organized and clean it was. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other Consignment / second hand clothing shops. My only complaints were that there wasn't that big of a men's selection, and only a few items of men's XL. Besides that, check this place out before you go buy new clothing.
