5 Star Service, Quality and Professionalism all the time. We go into Crown Jewelry nearly every time we visit my mom and they are always so friendly and helpful. Have purchased numerous pieces of jewelry and watches and never disappointed in the quality or the price. You just can't find a better Jewelry store than Crown Jewelry! Awesome owners and staff! You feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. Whatever your jewelry needs, this is the place to shop. Need repairs, no problem. They resoldered my wedding rings, cleaned them, and got them back to me in a couple of days. They look brand new! We have done business with them over the years and their friendly service never changes. It matters not how much you spend, they treat you like you are the most important customer they have. Great local jewelry store. Products are reasonably priced and repairs are superb. I have many lovely items from Crown that are just as pretty today as they were when they were bought over 20 years ago to include my beautiful wedding ring designed as a one of a kind that unfortunately was lost recently when I had to remove it for a procedure. If you find this ring, I've got a reward for you! Crown jewelry's service after the sale is the best!

I have visited Crown a few times and always had a great experience. They fixed my watch for free after I popped off the back to put my new battery in and realized I couldn’t get it back on. Yesterday I accidentally broke my necklace chain and they soldered the links like new the same day. They are very knowledgeable about jewelry and don’t make you feel ignorant as they explain the intricacies of the art. I have even sold some jewelry for scrap gold with them. And lastly, the have a great selection of watches and the occasional treat in the previously loved section. I got an adorable citrine stone ring yesterday and they sized it for about $50 after I bought it. If you need jewelry repaired or want to upgrade this is the place to check out.
