I was happy that they open at 8 am. We went inside and placed our order, as no one greeted us, although there were two people diligently working in the back. I'm still trying to figure out why my 15.99 order was a little over $20. The printer isnt working, so I can't get a printed receipt. The brownies are delicious and huge. Same goes for the cookies. We.could barely eat half of our items. It was pretty disappointing that they don't have napkins or even the tissue paper that bakeries usually use. We ended up going back to our car for some tissue. The floor could use a thorough cleaning also.

Ive tried crumbl cookies at this store two times and i fell in love. If they got it i recommend rocky road. I love it and it two times in a day! rocky road is the chocolate one

I wouldn’t even put a star for this crumbl. My friend and I paid online before the store even closed but there was traffic and when we got there it was 11:05. The door was locked so we knocked and the girl didn’t even come to us she came out from the back with an attitude and said we’re closed. We told her we ordered earlier and that they had already taken the money from my account and all she kept saying was “were closed”. This in my experience was terrible customer service. Crumbl disappointed me. The worst part is that it was a six pack 🙁
