I ordered 3 boxes of mini cookies to be delivered for my daughter's birthday. The cookies were delivered by someone on a motorcycle and all the Oreo birthday cookies were smashed in a large pile, frosting off, and no more sprinkles. I tried to call the specific location that I ordered from and no one picked up the phone or returned my message. I called Door Dash to call in a replacement and after postponing my new order several times, the manager canceled my 2nd order altogether. So now, I will try to bake something for tomorrow morning. This was supposed to save me some time, but it has cost me $ and numerous phone calls that have gone unanswered. Terrible customer service. My advice would be, do not go to this location and if you go to another location, pick them up in person. Do not trust delivery or a manager to return your calls. What a waste for $80 worth of cookies for a birthday. So very disappointing.

Update:
The "canned" response from the owner to contact them is the exact same response, word for word, for all the one star reviews. Not one person has claimed that there was a resolution or even an attempt to remedy. I put in three calls and left messages. I never heard back from anyone. I do not recommend.

I’ve come to this location a few times and generally the service could be better, but tonight was the worst I have experienced. I placed an order on my app well ahead of getting to the store, and even after arriving and hitting “I’m here” I waited 15 minutes and still no cookies ready. Plus my status on the app had not changed from “3rd in line”. I had to be somewhere so I had to just cancel my order and leave. It is Labor Day so they are busy, but there was a crowd of people waiting for their orders and no one seemed to be servicing them and bringing up boxes. There were two girls in the back working, but I didn’t see either of them bringing anyone’s orders up. The screen in the store also showed most of the cookies “sold out” and I did see a few disappointed walk-in customers leave without ordering. If they can’t fulfill the orders I feel they should be either notifying us in the app, or calling customers forward so everyone can make a decision on what they would like to do with their selections. Jamba Juice for example will give you a phone call and ask if you want to select a different flavor if they are out of necessary ingredients for what you selected. Everything I have ordered here does taste great, so I hope they can improve on their service at this location. I did take a video which shows more people waiting but I cannot post it here.

I bought the mini’s (3 pack $8.99) to try a few of the flavours of the week. I chose Pistachio gelato, semi sweet chocolate chunk & peanut butter cookies and cream. Peanut butter CC was the highlight if there had to be one. Not worth the hype *or maybe not from this location. Average cookies & the service much the same.

Crumbl cookies and desserts are the next best thing (and sometimes better than!) homemade. I’ve found the service at this location to be fast even when busy and parking is convenient. I appreciate being able to order online for in-store pickup — that makes the experience even faster.

I always love ordering here because the place it’s very clean and the taste of each cookie it’s actually worth it not like other places where they put any effort. Management here really cares about the representation of the cookie .
