Been to several Crumbl locationsand this one wasn’t the best. We weren’t greeted, no eye contact until we received our cookies. Didn’t have open box when handing it to us , which most do. A little dirty inside compared to other locations. Self order stations not working. Old signage on door from several months ago.

The workers don't care if you live or die. I've held off writing this review for quiet some time, but this location has continued to be the worst. There was a line out the door, and not one employee seemed to notice. Instead, they stood around chatting and laughing as if it was social hour. At this location they have: gotten our order wrong on 3 separate occasions, handed someone else my order and expected me to buy another, and simply ignored us. Don't forget the terrible job this Norman location does at decorating the cookies. There's no quality control whatsoever. If you must have Crumbl, please look to the other locations.

This was my first cookie ever, and it was for my birthday. I ended up getting some type of super chocolate cookie and it was really delicious. It’s my favorite one that I have had so far. I think the cookies are a little over priced, but I don’t mind paying for them every once in a while.

We visit regularly. Glad they put a location in Norman. My only wish is that some cookies would be baked a bit more. We have had some really doughy cookies in the past few weeks. This week the apple pie was very doughy. The cornbread was awesome!

The cookies are huge and beautifully decorated. They are very sweet, we split a cookie into four to avoid sugar crashing. Great for a get together or large event but wouldn’t come by for one or two for just myself. The white icing is birthday cake and we couldn’t figure out if it was soft or undercooked. The pink is peppermint and was delicious. The chocolate I think are salted Carmel and the white swirl is either cinnamon or s’mores, I forgot what I ordered tbh. The box of 12 was $40.
