This company's service is stellar. I've used them multiple time in the past for their glass cutting services and they never disappoint. I had a last minute window pane replacement and I called Curtain Glass and they had the pane cut and ready 20 minutes after I called, unlike other shops in the area that won't even cut the same day. Plus the prices were CHEAP. Use these guys, especially if your a contractor like me.

A couple of days ago, I contacted Curtin and Glass, LLC to inquiry about a small project in our house. We needed two bathtub glass cabinet doors to be replaced. I was very clear from the beginning about what we needed.
After talking with a lady named Anna , she gave me an appointment where two of their people would come to our house to measure and give us an estimate.
After a couple of days the people came, measured and they told me that someone from the office would contact me with an estimate.
No one ever called me. I had to call and the same lady , I talked before, said that she would give me a call back to talk about our project. She never did. I texted her , gave her my email and requested for an estimate and never did she call me back. When I contacted her for the last time she claimed that she had send me an email, which I have never received, and that she would try again. She never did. I even told her that if this project was something they wouldn’t be interested in taking over , I would be ok with that. She just had to tell me. She never said that they would not do it.
To conclude , my recommendations is stay away from this company to save some time. The way they handled our request was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to a prospective costumer who would have trusted them with future projects as well.

I had a few break ins at my business. Both times I called Curtain Glass and they came running out to repair/replace the damaged window and door.
I never skipped a beat with business.
They were professional, attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. They were beat and tidy with their work! So glad I have them for all my window repairs!

I called Curtain out to replace broken windows. The installer comes out gets the measurements, I paid $450.00 only for him to tell me all of his measurements were wrong. The lady at the front desk told me that the reason
I sat and waited for hours was because a their big paying customers had an emergency. The lady at the front desk.told lie after lie about the situation. Everything out of her mouth has been a lie. Now I can't get my money back and because of the wrong measurements, I'm still waiting. Whoever own this company should be a shame to have a person like her working his front office.

They set up an appointment at my house without notifying me. A representative came over uninvited and entered my home while I wasn’t here. When I called him, he said he called me earlier and that I didn’t answer so he figured he would come over anyway and thought he could let himself in because my carpenter was on site. Mind you, he didn’t leave a voice message for me or anything; in fact, his call showed up on my phone as wireless caller, not as Curtin Glass.

He measured for the mirrors incorrectly and didn’t know where I wanted additional mirrors (because he decided to come while I wasn’t here). Then, when I pulled up my calendar to see if we could arrange another date, the gentleman obviously did not know how to work with a client to schedule an appointment. Very unprofessional and a little bit creepy too.

Customer service is horrible. Rep was very rude and unprofessional. Technicians did not show up on scheduled dates/times and no communication extended to acknowledge missed appointment. I immediately found another company in the local area with better service and prices. I will definitely pass on using or recommending Curtain Glass in the future.
