We recently bought our 2018 KZ Connect Lite C211BH from Custom RV, took it out for our first trip, are now gearing up for our second trip and we LOVE it! The slide out and the Murphy bed are our favorite features and our girls love their bunks! We are just getting into camping, so we had a lot to learn and the guys at Custom RV are amazing! They helped us with tips and tricks on getting set up to be successful campers and they gave us a very thorough walk-through of our trailer. There was a wide selection (new & used) to choose from on their lot and we bought a trailer that suits our family's needs perfectly at a fair price! We would highly recommend buying and servicing your trailer at Custom RV – they are great!

Happy Camper here! Seriously, after reading some of the lessor reviews I felt the need to share my experience. Small Business owners are just that, don't expect high turn around service or end of the month price discounts. What you can expect are people who talk from the heart and share personal knowledge. Everyone has a good and bad days sounds like some people don't remember this. The wife and I Purchased a used 2008 3124KB TrailManor from Custom RV back in May 2015. Price was higher than other similar models we had seen but you felt the value of it over other used TrailManor's. Plus knowing they are the only TrailManor authorized re-seller in the region helped. Before Delivery Custom RV replaced the tires and battery's with new and installed a solar panel we wanted as an upgrade. Dealing with this small family business hasn't ever been a bad experience for the wife and me. I can't speak for other makes and models but I know trailers get rattled around and there is always a to do list. I've found that dropping our trailer off after use and giving them all the time needed works out well for us. Simply put, don't be the person who expects everything can be fixed the day before the trip, Murphy loves these people 🙂 I have never had any issues with Custom RV over our 2 plus years relationship. You shouldn't expect any either if you understand SMALL BUSINESS owners are just that and not some BIG CHAIN!

We traded in our pop up trailer for a beautiful 2017 KZ Sportsmen Bunkhouse trailer. We are in absolute love with our new trailer! The kids are super excited and love their full size bunks. Brian was great! He showed us around at a lot of different bunkhouse trailers, showing us all the different options. He was very informative. Scott was also great and helped out with getting everything ready to go. He spent time making sure everything worked perfectly. We were given a full walk through by Garrett with our new trailer, showing us how everything works. We had a very positive experience and will definitely come back if we need service or in the very far future ever trade up again.

Honest place with the best prices for a Trailmanor. I love our TM 2417, comfortable, VERY good mpg and has everything we need for a fun camping trip. I tow mine with my Nissan Desert Runner V6 and I have have noticed between 16-18 mpg driving up to Yosemite. Last, Matt at CustomRVSales is a good man and their service is awesome too.

Carl's Acres of Trailers: honest, great service, good deals. This is a very old business in an older area of Ontario. We bought a used 5th wheel from them at a very reasonable price. Salesman Brian was upfront about all aspects of the RV and was patient and helpful answering all our questions. They have a service guy there, George, also very helpful and knowledgeble. Definitely recommend giving them a try.
