Fantastic & Reliable !!! I live in NYC, I wanted to send birthday 💐 to my sister who lives in Cutler Bay, FL (Miami) the same-day.

*Customer Service*: Excellent!! I spoke to Vincent, he is so pleasant & helpful, he answered all my questions & ordering was super-easy!

*Cost*: Very reasonable! Cost is cheaper than what's listed on the website (so call in for accurate $). 9-piece Sanrio Hello Kitty Balloons ($25) + 36 multi-colored Roses ($125) + Vase ($12) + Delivery ($15) + Tax ($3.64) = $180.64.

*Confirmation*: I paid w/ my credit card over the phone, I received a text message receipt right away. Also, I got a photo text message Before the delivery AND a photo of the recipient receiving it 😀.

*Reliability/Fast delivery*: I ordered for same- day delivery, they sent the 💐 &🎈arrangement to my sister's office w/ in 2-3hrs tops.

I'm so happy all around, gorgeous arrangement! I would highly recommend this company, I will purchase from them again! 😀

We give Cutler Bay Flower Shop 5 stars for wonderful service and delivering a beautiful sympathy basket to send our condolences to friends in town. We ordered by phone from VA and Vincent was friendly and efficient. When he sent me the photo of the arrangement, I was moved to tears. It was just beautiful.
Then they went above and beyond when they delivered it and the gate to the property was locked. They located someone to open the gate and sent me a photo of the basket actually being delivered.
We highly recommend them!

Phenomenal service from the start..
Ariana answered all my questions and sent me different ideas and photos of some beautiful arrangements… I’m a man so I appreciated All the help…kudos to whom designed the arrangement and being from Orlando it was an seamless process and superb experience….

Ordered the flowers over the phone at 11:30 AM and they were delivered at 3:30 PM that same day. The bouquet was stunning and they worked with my budget. The communication and customer service was amazing. Thank you sooo much!

There was ZERO communication from the company when I emailed them requesting a specific delivery time. They did not even acknowledge receipt of my email. The flowers that were delivered to the memorial service looked nothing like the photo on the website. See photo. I will not use this florist again.

Karen at Cutler Bay Flower Shop was nothing but professional and communicative with answers to all my questions through email. The service was amazing, the roses were beautiful and elegant.
