They were really helpful on suggestions and gear. Presented the benefits and value really well of insurance and membership on what I bought. Only sad thing was the unit I bought was completely dead which I didn't realize would happen on a brand new unit so they couldn't help finish setting it up but that wasn't the person's fault but rather the product

Great service. Went in for some new motocross boots and the guys there help me pick out a couple pairs to try on. And also check a pair to see if they were on sale. All in all they checked on me to see how the boots fit until I was happy. Thanks guys.

Great inventory great prices. Staff just seemed more interested in chatting than helping customers. Would answer my questions then go back to talking. Was looking for a helmet riding boots and a riding jacket. Spent nearly $500. Thought they would have been a little more interested in helping customers. Products we bought were great used them that same day for a ride home.

Very nice and helpful. Didn't try to up-sale me when buying my first set of riding gear when I had no clue what to get. They told me to take my time and to try on any and all types of gear to make sure it fit and was comfortable. They even put in a fog visor for me since I was worried I'd do it wrong. As a female in a bike shop, I was worried that they would be like the auto stores and ignore me or look down on me, but they were patient and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Guys there hooked me up, i was having trouble finding boots that fit, they found some that fit perfectly, and showed me some sale price jackets with armour. Will be a return customer and probably get the yearly membership soon. New rider friendly shop.
