I needed new tires for my mower. After dropping off the old rim/tire, I received a phone call, where they told me that they could sell me the tire, but there was a much better deal online that I should take advantage of. I was blown away. Instead of just charging me, they researched for me and found me a much better price.
They have earned my trust and I came back the next week to have routine maintenance done and will continue to use them.

We have taken our riding mower to Cyprus mowers 2 times to have the cutting belt replaced. Each time they did something different never changing the cutting bel so it cones off every time you disengage the cutter. Still comes off approx 10 times thru a yard cut and it’s so aggravating that they keep saying the belt doesn’t need changing yet still charge for unneeded fixes

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! So I recently purchased a nice used Dixie Chopper from Cypress mowers. Miss Nikki, the owner was very professional and punctual with my initial visit. My mower developed a small problem with the deck belt and pulley just a day after purchase. Though frustrated I returned to the store to have it fixed. Ms Shyan at the front desk was helpful and patient with listening to my concerns. The mechanic , Dan agreed to help expedite my issue and was very patient and determined to get me back out in the field. After much time went by he had me back rolling. Mr Dans attitude was very pleasant and positive and it took a lot of pressure off the situation. I was grateful he put so much time into getting me back right. They also didn’t overcharge me for the services rendered. You’ve got a new lifetime customer. Thanks Team Cypress!

I took my lawn mower in to have several things done. I received the call stating what all need to be done and was quoted a price including tax and I gave the okay to go ahead and do that work. Two days later I received a call saying that the lawn mower was completely taken care of. When I got there and paid in cash (the price was higher than quoted) and drove around back the lawn mower was being pushed out of their area not driven. When we dropped it off the lawn mower was running and could move. When I asked the gentleman if he had replaced the driver's belt he said he did and then I looked at the belt myself and saw that it was not replaced and it was still the same belt that was on there when I took it in. So he went up front and came back out and I asked him again about the driver's belt and he made the statement that he had never received the okay to do any work on the lawn mower but on the paperwork it shows where they called us and we gave them the okay. So we went back around front and got our money back and ask to speak to the owner or manager who was not available at that time. I went back in there today to talk to the owner and she said it was more or less my fault that it wasn't done that I knew when I picked it up that the belt wasn't on there and that no work had been done. That was not the point we took it in to have work done and we paid for it and it come to find out nothing had been done at all and it no longer ran when we picked it up. We will never ever go there again and we will make sure to let others know not to use this company

Nikki and her staff do great work. I drive over 20 miles to have them work on my zero turn mower. It is 21 years old and they keep it running for me. Super nice people.

Custom Service couldn't have been better. Did a great job on our Murray Tractor mower. Very reasonable pricing as well-ventilated. Even found awesome belt and gloves in the Biker Section.
