best boot shop i’ve been to in oklahoma . amazing people , offering amazing customer service & amazing work quality . couldn’t recommend them more . recently put a new sole & foot bed on my birkenstocks . wish i had. before pic of the shoes because they needed some serious love ! had holes all the way through . now they are better than new

I didn’t get anything repaired, but the gentleman at the counter told me how to repair my issue myself so I would save some money! I greatly appreciate putting customer’s over profit!

Wow. Wow. Wow. I cannot tell yall enough about how awesome this shop is. I sent in two pairs of my Birks having read about them from Google, and the quality of work is top notched and did not disappoint. I love my Birks, and thought I was doomed to purchasing and having to break in another pair, but I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I will continue doing business here as their work is supreme. The gentleman with the cool looking mustache is incredibly nice and obviously has a passion for making customers happy with his work. If you need your Birks worked on, come to to this shop because they’re amazing. I don’t often write reviews, but this store stood out.

A good shoe repair shop is not easy to find. I found one in Norman, OK. I took them a pair of side-zip boots that needed heels. They did a great job on the heels and also cleaned and polished them up. I feel like I ended up with a new pair of boots!

IS SHOE REPAIR A THING? I had what I thought was a nice pair of shoes need fixing. They said a bit of glue would do. 30 bucks, please. A week later they called. All done! Wore 'em one day and they split. Took 'em back, and they said I had bad shoes. Buy better ones, they said, we know a guy. And did NOT give my 30 bucks back.

I highly recommend this place! They replaced the heels on my leather boots, and now they look like new. They even hydrated and polished them up, all free of charge. I was blown away by their excellent customer service!
