Called on Monday morning to have insurance quoted she took all the information and told me she would call me back with the quotes, by Thursday still no back and I had called her with no answer, when she finally answered on Thursday she said she wouldn't quote the insurance with no reason to give. She wasn't going to quote me ins when I called but still took all my information including my ss# if I could give 0 stars I would. I would never refer anyone to this insurance company horrible customer service

The owner of this company is extremely rude. She is not at all pleasant to speak with. Good luck trying to get answers. She takes offene to all you will have to say.
