I showed up Saturday morning to rent a stump grinder. Got the paperwork done and paid, went out back to load it, the guys in the back started taking pictures of my trailer. I currently do not have a rear support on my trailer, have loaded many of heavy things on this trailer, with no issues. I ask them if I am good to load it, the guys said yes. I loaded the hydraulic stump grinder. Yes the boards did flex some, I was not worried about them breaking. The wood flooring in this trailer of mine is pressure treated wood, it's still solid wood. I load the stump grinder then the guys in the back gets the front clerk. I tell her I have a trailer at home I can swap this out with. She asks me if I can get it here, I respond with no, I only have one vehicle that can pull a trailer right now, and I do not have time to drive all the way back home and come back as I am supposed to meet my kid 10:30 an hour and a half away. They step back inside for about another 5 to ten minutes, then come out and tell me I can not leave. They get a fork lift and unload it. I went to Troy Jones and they gave me one that was heavier to a point that it would have broke my boards, so they helped me back up to the loading dock and get it loaded.Troy Jones for the win. Will never rent anything from DJ's. Troy Jones all the way!

I have been renting equipment from here for over 8 years. Top notch service. Top notch people. Top notch equipment. When you go into DJ's they treat you like family. Down-to-earth people who care. It doesn't get any better than DJ's. Always friendly. Always service with a smile. Highly recommend.

Horrible , dishonest
I called to get a price on an detacher aerator in a Rototiller they quoted me a price of 140 for a one day rental, when I got there they then told me it would be 5+ DO NOT USE THEESE PEOPLE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU

Very disappointed, they don't clean or sanatize the bounce houses. Just sweep them out. The contracts for all rentals are setup to cheat customers. We will not be returning. Horrible buisness practices.

I rented a Sawzall or reciprocating saw from these people today to cut some cement board when I rented it I was very specific what I was going to be using it for I had to go to Atwoods and buy blades because they didn't furnish blades I brought it home I put the blade in it would cut two to three inches on the cement board then it would break the cement board I totally lost a whole sheet of cement board I started out with two now I only have one and they told me I had a bad attitude when I took the thing back and was upset she even threatened to call the police because I wanted a refund I gave them $20 as a deposit and then they were going to take out the rental fee on the $20 but she wouldn't didn't even want to give me back the $20 but she finally did I would not rent anything from these people ever
