The service was good and the barista was pretty knowledgeable on what she liked and others. I got a coconut hazelnut macaroon and I wasn’t super impressed. I liked the flavor of coconut but it seems to be kind of bland. I did order it hot and she told me iced was preferred so I blame myself on that part. Easy to get in and out and lots of room for costumers. It feels like someone’s house with all the kids pictures on the way, which made it very unique to me. They have TONS of different drinks so I will definitely be coming back to try something else!

The new paper wraps on the burrito destroy the burrito. There were chunks of burned skillet scrapings inside of two of my last burritos.

Baristas are friendly, well-trained, and knowledgeable of the menu. The issue seems to be management who are cutting corners and raising prices. In the last six months they've decided to changed the ice drink ratio so the entire glass is full of ice before ingredients go in. Likewise, employees on shift seem to have been cut down, leaving the ones closing very stressed out. It seems like they're trying to emulate Starbucks, leaving behind the high quality they're known for to be more "corporate" and crappy. Disappointing for what used to be the best coffee place in town.

I love going here usually, but today they were super understaffed. One person working during a rush hour it doesn't seem fair to the worker or customers. She was getting orders out as fast as possible and I appreciate that, but she was obviously stressed and wasn't able to be detailed or have rime to be friendly towards customers. There should never only be one person working at this location.

Stopped to get coffees for our drive home at night. Not only did it take forever as our baby was crying but the coffee also tasted like Folgers and was not worth $7. We decided to turn around and ask them about it, but when we got back they took our coffees and said they were closed. We weren’t mean, but this was definitely frustrating and I wanted to Karen out on them. My wife raves about their coffee normally, so it’s not like we just don’t know what good coffee is. Just a sad experience overall. No refund, no apology, just an excuse.

I have to say that I was super impressed by this independent local chain. They have excellent tea and coffee, their sandwiches are very yummy and you must try the gelato!! There is a relaxed atmosphere to each of their stores and I have found all the staff knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend trying out this local treasure.

I like the seating at Davincis by Cleveland. When I go to socialize so far I have found a place to sit when I go. Their coffee tastes good and prices are what I would expect.

Everything from the service to the gelato to the coffee was wonderful! The prices were also incredibly reasonable compared to most other coffee shops.
