When in on Wednesday about 1:30pm the place was empty more then 2 employees working no body on the drive thur line either we only ordered 3 items with 1 iteam being a cone and it took forever to get the order we ordered a banana split that thing looked like it had been sitting there forever I should off asked for my money back which I did but not going back will we stick with Fosters instead

Worst service...got my order wrong 3 times and the burgers tasted terrible. The meat is low quality. Very pricey for food and ice cream.

You all want a " living wage" serving fast food but cant even attend customers in one of the easiest fast food jobs where you just serve cones and blend things.

Also Management...if you are going to have just one worker have like a bell or buzzer to notify them of a customer...people passing by waiting for ice cream then just leaving so no worker is avaible .but then again some people were yelling to ask if it was open...no body answers

Is it customary to leave the place open with no workers? I came and stood here waiting almost 10 min for a worker to show up, even called out and nobody was there. N just when I'm leaving a worker walks by me in her uniform shirt and goes in. I guess workers here are getting paid for not working. They should at least put a sign that they're not there or had to step out and when they'll be back so people aren't just standing around waiting!

Thick creamy ice cream! A little pricey for kids ice creams almost same as larger scale items. I do miss that they use to use real juices and fruits in smoothies most of their items have pumped flavored syrups now

Purchased a peanut buster parfait. I love them so much. But the peanuts were old and had a rotten taste. Had to throw it away and it made me sick to my stomach. Not good.

I got the brownie bites + chocolate something or other blizzard and it was *okay*. I hadn't been to a DQ in probably ten years though so it was necessary to swallow my shame and go BACK and get another Oreo blizzard. My midsection is presently incredibly distended and filled with processed dairy and copious amounts of sugar. I, however, am happy and sated.

I never saw a kid throw away an ice cream until we went to DQ at the mall. My kid took one taste and asked me what was wrong with the ice cream. I tasted it and it tasted like chemicals. I don’t know what DQ did to the ice cream over the years but it’s terrible now.
