not much help. after texting with Jonathon & asking to view an odd listing he hadn't mentioned, he ghosted us. hard.

this is why you contact more than one agent. these guys may have great reviews, but they aren't all that.

we could've been planning our move to Oregon, had these guys taken us seriously as buyers. now, we're hoping our realtor with another firm can find us our forever piece of Oregon (preferably Astoria).

He worked with us through the entire sale for us he was the best agent we found in Astoria, I might add we saw several and he was the one that shined!!

She went went above and beyond when my first lender went belly up on the last day of closing, she came to the rescue and recommended a new lender who got my loan closed in an unheard of 2 weeks!
