I originally bought a dress here for my grandson‘s wedding. Realized there was another dress I wanted. So I returned the original one and purchase the new one which happens to be much cheaper. The whole transaction was smooth and the customer service was very helpful. I also had my dress altered in the alteration department. Everyone was nice and attentive. The dress was fitted exactly like a glove. Truly enjoyed my experience there. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I made an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses and was so happy my friend (bride) picked David’s Bridal. The associate who helped me was Renee D. I am so glad she assisted me! Renee was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and made my experience so fun and easy! She knew exactly what I wanted! I was so happy because I only had to try on one dress!!! I could’ve purchased my dress on their website, but I wanted to make sure Renee received a commission (if any) I am so thankful for her help and love how easy the process was!

Today I came in for my very first Wedding dress fitting. I had a way better experience than I expected. I was a little nervous since it was my first time, but that quickly changed. As soon as I walked in the ladies at the front greeted me and my sister, and made us feel very welcomed. You have to ask for Trinity she is AMAZING at her job she really tends to your needs and helps you find exactly what you are looking for. Trinity exceeded my expectations, I am so thankful I got her to help me find my dress. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, I could tell she really paid attention to the little details that mattered to me most of what I envisioned for my dress. Thank you so much!!!

I had Trinity as my stylist today, first time ever dress shopping, was in 30-40 minutes maybe found the dress with her help!!! She was very kind and respected my choices on things and made sure my guest knew how to not make me feel uncomfortable!! I needed a dress on short notice and I am also unfortunately on crutches. I went in and was helped by Shelby. I had no idea what I wanted and I did my best to let her know, and she did a great job pulling down a bunch of dresses that were exactly what I would have picked on my own. She did a fantastic job helping me, as did did. Kari. I will definitely come back the next time. I need a dress for any occasion.
