My daughters and I were walk-ins to browse for a Sweet 16. We were greeted courteously even though it was evident the store was experiencing a busy day. We were also informed that there may be a wait for a fitting room. Our already great experience browsing elevated from there. Kristin, our attendant, was EXTREMELY attentive and compassionate as she assisted my daughter. Other workers who passed by were also very friendly and supportive. Words can not truly extend my GRATITUDE as my youngest daughter who is about to celebrate her Sweet 16, was born with a disability in her hands, and has faced several challenges throughouther young life. Kristin and the team made her experience shopping for her dress even more magical than we hoped. Please accept this BIG THANK YOU from a mom who is truly GRATEFUL.

I had a wonderful experience at David’s bridal. I was originally a walk-in looking for a very specific style of wedding dress with my mom and her bestie. Christine was available to help me and immediately made the experience so stress free and fun. She said my less the 2 month wedding date was no problem at all. She listened to what I liked and helped me with multiple options. I later made an appointment and started over with a less specific dress style, and Christine once again helped me to hone in on what exactly worked for me and my taste. This time I was alone and Christine acted as a surrogate friend and even took pictures for me! We were pretty sure we found my dress, but when I said I wanted my mom to see it first, she put two of them aside and I rescheduled for later that day with Sabrina. She was just as helpful and kind! My mom was totally floored by my favorite of the 2 dresses, I was so glad I brought her back to look. So I said yes to the dress! Both of these ladies were so wonderful and integral parts of my bridal experience so far. I am beyond grateful for them and the entire staff at David’s Bridal in Altamonte Springs. Thank you!!!

I was here with my best friend picking a dress for her wedding and this location is the best David’s bridal in town. They had a great selection in all kinds of sizes and they were helpful in getting her dress in time for her wedding that was a few months away. A lot of other shops in town were very discouraging, and did not have a lot of options outside of petite sizes. I will only recommend this David’s Bridal location for brides in the area. Valentina was incredibly helpful with my friend in picking out dresses and suggestion the best style for her, and accessories. She ended up saying yes! I also surprised her with a cute “wifey” jacket with the help of Christine.

The ambience and attitude of everyone we encountered was so lovely and I can’t recommend this shop enough.

10/10 customer service! Every time I took a dress back that didn’t fit, she gave me 3 more options. I also got alterations when I found the perfect dress and they give me the best experience. I felt so special and they made me excited for my big event. They were very generous with hearing what I wanted and executing it. When we checked out, they were so kind and friendly, it made me want to shop again

Went a few weeks ago the browse some dresses, since I’m getting married in March. They had a pretty good selection of 30% off dresses, so naturally I looked there first. I tried on quite a few. And finally found the one but wasn’t 100% sure until they told me they could do some alters and take the straps off. So I said yes to the dress! Everyone we worked with was great that day.
Special shoutout to Howard and the lovely lady pictured who brought me dresses to wear (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!)

Fast forward to today I had my fitting appt, February 2nd 2025. We ran into a few minor problems but we talked to the store manager and she was able to solve them quickly. Huge shoutout to sweetheart Momo, what a blessing gal, and once again Howard and another gentleman who I also forgot his name. They really eased my anxiety and I left happy and dropped the dress off for alterations. So far, everything has been fantastic. I will update in another month when the dress is picked up 🙂

We went prom dress shopping and it did not disappoint!! Our associate Kamara was the best….super friendly, pulled beautiful dresses for my daughter, and was so helpful with honest feedback. We enjoyed the whole experience and will absolutely return for more dress needs.

I had an amazing experience at the David’s Bridal at Altamonte Springs! From the front desk host to my stylist Jeannie Edwards who was super kinda, patient and encouraging. She listened to my vision and gave me the confidence to find the perfect dress for a reasonable price! I had the worse experience at the Millenia store a few days prior and almost gave up on finding my dress at this store. Thank God I gave the Altamonte Springs store a chance because I said yes to the dress!!! Thank you 💕
