Miranda and Jackie reporting for Team Tippens! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I have a wedding party of about 20 and my bridesmaid are all different sizes from petite to full figure and all different ages from 5 to 75. Ariana was our specialist and she treated all of us like queens including our husbands and fiancé waiting in the wings. There were about 6 of us at one fitting, plus my bridal fitting and she was able to select dresses and make recommendations for our body type and manage to help all of us in and out of dresses with a pleasant smile. I might have tore my hair out! To be honest I had heard that David’s Bridal was a little pricey and they are but the experience, selection of dresses, for all figures and sizes made it worth it and simplified the whole process and can accommodate your guests that might be out of town. I would have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the service all around. Additionally I made a special request from the Manager Jackie and she was able to accommodate. Shout out to the crew at David’s Bridal Arrowhead in Phoenix, Arizona.

I had a great experience looking for my wedding dress!! Audrey was absolutely amazing and super kind! I was able to find the perfect dress for my wedding. The whole experience was just great. I was nervous going in because I heard stories of people having bad experiences looking for dresses at every place I looked at. But I'm so grateful to Audrey who made the whole experience great. 10/10 recommend this location! My whole experience was amazing from beginning to end! Ariana my stylist was great she listened to my wants and ran with it. She was so helpful in finding the right one and made the process so easy. Her sales manager, Jacquline (I think) was awesome as well!! They pulled a new arrival not even on the floor yet just for me to try on and it ended up being THE ONE! Thank you to them both for all the help!

Kay was hands down amazing
I will definitely refer her to anyone who needs help getting a dress! All the ladies in there were friendly & helpful.
Kay was hassle free, she was happy to help instead of being annoyed or anything like that. Directed us to the price point I was looking for not anything more expensive unlike OTHER PLACES.

Jacqueline was truly the best bridal assistant I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! She’s such a kind and sweet person, and her positivity made my dress shopping experience unforgettable. I had an amazing experience at this David’s bridal store. The lady who helped me try on dresses was so kind and understanding she made me feel so comfortable and she helped me try on so many different things like belts, shoes, veils and of course many dresses. I found my wedding dress in the clearance section without having to cut any corners. It’s absolutely everything I could’ve dreamed of at a very affordable price. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress!
