Reached out to schedule an appointment to check out the car and asked if there were more photos as there was only one at the time. Was told they would upload more within the hour but they never did; so my first time seeing it was in person 5 days later.

We tried to negotiate price as it was marked well above the Kelly Blue Book value. After Nick pulled the classic “I gotta talk to my boss” and “my boss is gonna be mad at me for this” moves we got them to come down a mere $600. After convincing him to bring his boss out to talk face to face he refused to negotiate any lower.

We decided to take the car to get a secondary inspection as there were some obvious red flags (one being that there were two owners on a 2017 car with 83,000 miles). Turns out the car needs about $5000 worth of repairs that they didn’t disclose despite their mechanic giving it a green light and a fairly clean vehicle history. The fact that they refused to negotiate a price on a car that needs major repairs and not disclosing them says a lot. Places like this is why people don’t trust used car salesmen.

I have to say, this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. Worked with Robert and Zach on a 2019 toyota tundra SR5 (pretty much my dream truck). Buying a car here went well. No pressure, great staff. Got home, reviewed the paperwork, found a mistake (they overcharged me by $500 (called it a non-itemized theft insurance... a BS excuse in my opinion)) and they drove out to my place to correct that... That was in July.
Since then, I still haven't received my registration or title. Each time I have called I have gotten a different answer, promised a call back and no call ever returned. Currently waiting on a return email with details since calling seems to not be working. Will update review once all issues are sorted out.
Update 9/30/24: Eventually got a 2nd trip permit after placing multiple calls, never got an email response. Still no communication from Dealers Market on where my title or registration are at. Planning on going to the DMV soon to see if they have any information for me. Will update as situation progresses.
Update 10/1/2024: Filed a complaint against Dealers Market with the Oregon DMV Business Regulation. Will continue to update as more information is available.
Update 10/3: Working with a Dealer Investigator now, found out more non-truth statements from Dealers Market after visiting the Washington DOL.
Update 11/19/24: Finally have plates/registration for the car. Not sure why/how, but I'm not going to question it... Title appears to still be sitting with an auction house Dealers Market purchased the car from, I.e. Dealers Market sold the car to me before they had had the title. Still working with the Dealer Investigator to resolve the title issue. Dealers Market was not purposefully withholding my vehicles title/registration from me, however they haven't exactly been helpful or truthful about the actual status of my cars paperwork. Will update once more information is available.
