This place went above and beyond for me. My Hummer's transmission shift cable broke and no one was able to fix it for me.Went to Decatur and they fixed the issue right away with kindness and efficiency. Would definitely recommend them! Ken & his team were the best!

As a single mom of 4 girls, I came in in tears because I was told by another place my transmission was ruined and was quoted 5k i didnt have. After diagnostic tests it was the thermostat and a tire. 225 dollars. Ken is very honest and affordable, and does not take advantage of women. This place has my business forever.

Great shop, I brought my car in as a complete random customer off the street, and they put on parts I brought in. No warranty of course since I brought them in, but they treated me with decency, I'm green as can be when it comes with cars. They explained a few things to me. They worked within my financial means. I've sent a family member that way since, and they had a wonderful experience there from what I've heard.

I wasn't able to afford the full repair, due to the afformentioned financial issues I was having at the time, but I don't hold that against them it's a business. They're most certainly a family business if that matters to anyone, and I would go to them again in the future. I recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood since they're just down the street, affordable, reliable, and honestly they seem like they care about people.

While driving from FL back home to OH over Christmas, my car broke down in AL. We called all the nearest auto repair shops and were recommended by another shop to call them, as no one else had availability. The guys got us in quickly and found some wires had been chewed up. They fixed this and sent us on our way… just for us to break down again 15 miles later. We got a tow back to the shop. At this point, we were ready to ditch the car. They assumed my engine needed replaced (very common in this year of Hyundai Tucson) and assured us Hyundai would replace it free of charge. The guys stayed after closing to receive my vehicle and personally drive us to a local hotel for the night. Although this was a travel nightmare, everyone at the shop was SO kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get the car home and now have a free, brand new engine courtesy of Hyundai.
