Great shoes until the heal cup fabric wears out after just 2 months. I’ve had over 20 pairs over the years and this happens often with their product. Finally I was frustrated enough to request warranty coverage. I sent back under warranty and they denied warranty.

“I do understand your frustration with the warranty team denying the claim, I do apologize we have no way to override their decision.’

Weak. Will not buy Hoka again!

I have started a return/exchange at the end of December, the company received the returned pair of ugg boots on January 4th and to this date, Jan 27th they have not been able of refund me. I have called, texted, emailed ever since and all I get ia they are working on it and they are allowed to have more days but once those days are over turns out they will "be nice" and start an inquiry but they need 3 to 5 days more. Thise days arw done and over and still no refund amd when I call again turn out that upsy weekends are not counted...even though the escalation was on a Monday and 3-5 days do not hit a weekend.

Worst quality Ugg I’ve ever had. Give UGG since 1974 their company and name back cause you guys do a HORRIBLE job. Cheap materials, weak shoe, they weren’t like this until this company took over and put its “American corporate” spin on it (making it w/ cheaper material to “save money”)

Move around, you guys can probably make other shoes but you SUCK at making Uggs.

I absolutely love the return policy and full attention to detail I receive when ordering HOKA shoes from Deckers! 60 day full return even if worn. Can’t ask for anything better.
