This is a nice small neighborhood park right off the intercostal that I live down the street from. It has two nice fishing spots that my boyfriend and I often visit! It is kept fairly clean, and there are benches/places to sit. Dogs 🐕 are NOT allowed, but some people still bring their dogs anyway. Shame on them for not following the park rules.

Tucked away in Lighthouse Point...discreet place quiet and nice place to fish and swim. MANATEES were seen and the only downside is many boaters didn't follow speed..

Degroff Park is a hidden gem in Lighthouse Point! It’s a lovely, quiet spot perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The park is well-maintained with beautiful greenery and plenty of seating areas. Love this little park. Be aware that there is no playground. Some exercise equipment and benches around the park to admire nature Very small parking lot and a small beach area (by the intercostal). This is more to relax than to swim. A great place to spend an hour. No dogs allowed.
