If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I attended a motocross competition at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds on February 8th, and the indoor event space had little to no ventilation. The only opening was a garage door where competitors entered and exited, everything else was shut, all of the other garage doors, and all of the entrances, everything was closed. Looking around the venue, it seemed like they have a fan or ventilation system of some type. However, it didn't seem to be in operation. The exhaust fumes were overwhelming; you could taste them in the air, and you could see the smog gathering in the air. Later that night, I developed a severe headache and nausea, and after speaking with others who attended, many experienced similar or worse symptoms. One person even lost their voice for about a week. It is extremely dangerous to hold these types of events without proper airflow. Someone needs to address this before it causes serious harm to someone.

I stayed one night only. Not long enough to experience many negatives. However, I did wish for more privacy in the ladies shower area. To undress in the open before getting into a shower where the shower curtain wasn’t wide enough made me feel exposed to whomever walked into the hand washing area. The gaps on both sides of the curtain were at the least 3 inches on both sides. The toilet stalls did have doors.
The Park itself was clean with a few early spring visitor.
Marg in the office was especially nice. I liked her right from the start. I will stay here again.

An amazing place. Was there for the PNW Overlanding Expo 2024. Huge event I had not known was possible. Anyone who has not been this is a do not miss show wherever you attend across the nation.

First time to go to this fair, and it was great. Liked all the exibits and enjoyed the 4-H displays. It was a top notch fair. We watched the Sea Lions Show, it was great! We throughly enjoyed r selves. As we were leaving they had 100's of drones making displays in the sky. It was well worth the fee for admission!

Came here for Overland Expo PNW 2024 and had a great time. Very nicely maintained facilities! Bathrooms were clean and in good shape all weekend. Staff were friendly and the event itself was well organized. Not sure how much of that is because of the expo center but I’m sure they have a hand in it so I’ll give them credit.

Beautiful grounds, nice buildings, we'll kept up. Love the water feature. The wind was pretty fierce. It was great for the BMW Rally.

Great experience but quite a few started packing up early and we're gone by 2:00 instead of at 3:00. Can't blame them though it was hot. Several said they had had a great morning so didn't need to stay any longer.
