Fantastic Experience! I’ve been cold plunging in the ocean at home and was sad to be missing it while on vacation in Palm Springs. I was so happy to find a space to plunge, with the addition of the sauna and halotherapy. My husband and I booked an hour contrast and loved it! Joel is so passionate about what he’s doing, I expect it won’t be so easy to get in next time we come back! The rooms were clean and very zen, and the experience was fantastic, from start to finish. If you’ve done it before, you’ll love it. If you haven’t, you will be hooked!

We love Kim and Joel at desert cold plunge!!! They took great care for us when we were getting our IVs! Kim was so friendly and really helped make us feel comfortable and at home! Such a cute place and can’t wait to return! 10/10 would recommend for all your IV needs!

my husband and I love Desert cold plunge. First, the owner Joel is awesome and when he chats with you about the studio you can see the passion. The studio is so clean, relaxing and makes you feel like you're at a spa. The Room for contrast therapy is amazing. They play spa music inside the sauna, they have soft towels and slippers and you really do feel refreshed when you walk out. My husband loves the cold plunge and I love the sauna. It's a great date to do together or if you want to go solo and have a me day. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone! It is worth it and they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The desert needed this!
