Let me start by saying I am sure I am the exception, however, my experience with dick hannah chevrolet is rather bad. My time is as valuable as anyone else's. I do not feel dick hannah believes that. I brought my colorado in for a repair I was already aware it needed. And said fix it. I dropped car off at noon and by 2 they had sent me a link by text for repairs. I filled it out and waited for a confirmation or a phone call. Nothing. As I work nights I waited till next day still nothing. No phone call saying can we do the repair, or we didn't get a reply nothing. I texted them and then they sent that same stupid link. I had to drop off a car next door so I went in to talk to them cause I still hadn't got a phone call. They where checking to.see.if they had the part. Are you kidding me. Customer service has gone down hill. I much prefer my other chevy dealership and will drive the extra hour one way to get treated better. If you can I recommend Mclaughlin Chevrolet for much better service.
