Wonderful! I was notified my work vehicle was on the lot and ready for pickup. Great interactions arranging how and when to get it. Quick responses. They made things even easier offering a drop off service(not for free but at a fair price) The delivery team showed up promptly and were very courteous and amazing. Only things that would've made it better.... warm weather and not sprinkling.☺️

What a great place to by a new Ford. No games. No extra charges to MSRP prices. The sales staff ( Dave and Les) are very knowledgeable about this truck purchase. Mark Laber in finance was very helpful during the signing of new Ford. We are long time customers. We have always had a great experience with Dick Hanna Ford and Suburban Ford. Thanks

Bought a car for my daughter and the buying experience was good. Very informative and friendly sales person. Got it home and less than 24hrs the check engine light came on. Very upsetting and took the car in praying I didn’t buy a lemon. Went in and had them look at car, fixing it on Tuesday. Hopefully it’s not going to be a issue moving forward. Other than that, I was happy with the service. We shall see how the fix goes. .

Caveat Emptor! If you like being confronted with suggested MSRP and a low wholesale price for your trade if you have one, then this is the place for you! From fast talking salesman CY to sending in the 'closer' despite telling you they don't do this. Offered no discounts from MSRP or anything you might qualify for then lie about the invoice they paid. I have no regrets about a dealership making money but be honest. In my opinion Dick Hannah Ford is anything but honest. Trying to make 12k (6k on my truck and another 6k on the suggested MSRP) on one sale absolutely disgusts me and it should you too. Everyone of their employee pricing plans were under the dealer quoted 'we paid this amount'. Discount plan or not there is no way the dealer is going to accept less than they actually paid.
